Many new things are happening with Max Rochester this spring season. Max Market’s café is now open with seating in the market or out on the patio. The market cafe menu is available daily and we have added china and silver for your enjoyment. We will be introducing Chophouse Mondays at the market. Chefs from Max Chophouse will be grilling prime cuts and specialty steaks to order on the patio for you to enjoy at the market or to take home. Please check our website for dates, times and menus.
We will continue with our in-house vendor presentations on Saturdays. Meet the people behind the local products and sample some of the best the region has to offer. We will also continue our cheese tasting events with resident cheese monger Holly Howell. Tasting are Saturdays 1-3pm in the center of the market.
