Max market on Monroe

Located in Mann’s Plaza on Monroe Avenue, Max Market is a neighborhood market specializing in sustainably grown and raised products. We are committed to supporting local and responsible businesses.

The Skinny on our meat and seafood

We take our meat and seafood seriously. We source a majority of our cuts from responsibly raised, hormone and antibiotic free animals. If you don’t see the cut of meat you want, we would be happy to source it for you. We also carry free range and organic chicken and poultry from Gianonne Farms, Murrays and Smart Chicken. Our seafood program consists of shipments of fresh wild and sustainably raised fish from Steve Connoly and Honolulu Fish

Dry Goods

Is your cupboard bare? We carry everything you need to stock your pantry. From coffee, olive oils and jams to the most unique imported and domestic items like truffle honey and imported Italian dry pastas.

Groceries

We know that man (and woman) cannot live by meat alone, so we carry all the fresh ingredients you need to round out your meal. When possible we source these items from our favorite small production local purveyors. We offer seasonal organic produce from local farms, artisan cheese and the area’s best dairy products.

Prepared Foods

Just because you don’t have the time to cook doesn’t mean you should settle for anything less that great food. We prepare our menu items with the same fresh premium ingredients we sell. Drop by for a soup and sandwich at lunch time or pick up a complete dinner for the whole family. Either way you are assured a delicious meal made from scratch. And since we have the feeling you will be back, every day of the week we feature a different dinner entrée with a selection of house made sauces, sides and salads.
